|Naser joined Yarra, Kharazi & Clason in August of 2014 and practices criminal law, personal injury, landlord-tenant law and Juvenile Dependency.
Naser graduated from California State University of Fresno in 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During his time he was a decorated Parliamentary debater and placed at several regional, state and nationwide debate tournaments. He received his Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law in 2010 and was admitted to the California State Bar in that same year. While at SJCL he earned a Witkin Award for academic excellence in Business Organizations, was a 2009 George Hopper Moot Court Competition best oral advocate Semi-finalist and won Student of the Year in 2010.
Naser has conducted over two dozen bench trials in the juvenile dependency courts in Fresno County. He is admitted to practice before all California courts and the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of California.
